After so many months of winter, I find myself trying to single-handedly will spring here.
I start wearing brighter colors in hopes that it will attract the sun, I open the windows to let in fresh air, and I start adding fruit to everything.
After being stuck indoors in the cold, it just seems to bring in a little much-needed freshness. We have a LOT of desserts on our site, but I compiled a list of 30 desserts that all have a delicious pop of fruit.
These are perfect all year long, but taste especially delicious during spring and summer (at least in Utah, because that’s usually when most our fruit produce is the best).

Salivating? The best part is, a lot of these recipes don’t require baking, so you don’t have to heat your house up to make them. They are quick, simple, delicious, and full of yummy flavor.
Many of these also taste best when they are served cold. They are absolutely delicious and full of flavor. I love the natural sweetness they give the dessert, and the texture combined with the pastry, cookie bas, or cake base is out of this world, delicious.
Again, you can make these recipes all year long, but most produce in Utah is best in the spring and summer, especially the summer berries.
