Chicken Cordon Bleu Lasagna Recipe

Our whole family loves Chicken Cordon Bleu.  It is one of my husband’s favorite dishes, which is why we’ve made it a variety of ways, like our Slow Cooker Chicken Cordon Bleu, Simple Chicken Cordon Bleu Pasta, and our original Chicken Cordon Bleu!
We love them all, but are definitely adding this one to the list!

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Beat eggs in a medium bowl. Stir in ricotta, cottage, and parmesan cheeses. Add 1/4 cup chopped parsley. Set aside.
  3. In a different bowl, mix together diced chicken and ham, garlic powder, and Alfredo sauce.
  4. Spread 1/2 cup meat sauce in the bottom of an ungreased 9 x 13 baking dish.
  5. Layer as follows:
  6. 1st Layer:
  7. 3 lasagna noodles
  8. half of cheese mixture
  9. half of remaining meat sauce
  10. 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  11. 5 swiss cheese slices

  1. Hello!! I just wanted to say that I am in the middle of making this recipe right now and I cannot wait to eat it!

BUT, I noticed that you mention "meat sauce" in the directions... meat sauce was never listed in the ingredients! Luckily, I have meat sauce... hopefully it's enough though (24 oz jar). Just wanted to point that out to you! :)
