Chicken Cordon Bleu Grilled Sandwich Recipe
We combined delicious Chicken Cordon Bleu with the delicious taste of a grilled cheese sandwich! This takes your grilled cheese sandwich to a whole new level! The honey mustard sauce is what makes this Cordon Bleu sandwich so amazing!

Ingredients
- 6 slices French Bread
- 4 Tablespoons butter
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 12 ounces Chicken breast strips, cooked (Tyson)
- 6 slices deli ham
Honey Mustard Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ Tablespoon lemon juice
- ⅛ teaspoon onion powder
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise

Honey Mustard Sauce
- Mix all the honey mustard sauce ingredients together until well blended.
Sandwich
- Spread desired amount of honey mustard sauce on one slice of bread.
- Then add cooked chicken strips, 2 ham slices, and 2 slices of Swiss cheese.
- Top with the other slice of bread.
- Butter the top of the sandwich and place buttered side down on a heated skillet or griddle.
- While cooking, butter the slice of bread that is facing up.
- Cook about 3 minutes on each side or until bread is golden brown and the cheese starts to melt.
Notes
You could also use a shredded rotisserie chicken to make this recipe so easy!
