Mom’s Cheese Potatoes

This is one of our most favorite side dishes!!!

Mom's Cheese Potatoes

Ingredients
Peel 4-6 potatoes. Cut up them into cubes and boil them until they are soft

Mix together:
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup sour cream
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp melted margarine/butter
2 Tbsp chopped onion

Place cooked potatoes in a 9x9" glass pan. Pour soup/cheese mix over cooked potatoes- and mix in a little bit. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.

*You may notice that I didn't peel my potatoes . . . it is good either way!

    I made moms cheesy potatoes but it did not have much flavor. I was not sure what grated cheese to use since it was not indicated. Also I did not know if it was an error and should be shredded cheese so that is what I used. Please let me know what should be used so I can remake it. Thank you.

    We loved these! A previous comment said they didn’t have flavor but we didn’t find that at all. They were full of flavor. Will definitely add as a regular side dish!
