We haven’t tried this one in the instant pot. There isn’t enough liquid in this one to bring it to pressure. There’s no one-size-fits-all rule for making slow cooker to Instant Pot conversions.You could try following the same steps, searing the beef in the instant pot, then add the rest of the ingredients adding in about 1 cup of beef broth. Try cooking for 30 minutes
