Ingredients You Need to Make Our Pumpkin-Shaped Cheeseball Recipe:
- Cream cheese
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Mined onion
- Salsa
- Nacho cheese tortilla chips
- Green bell pepper
How To Make Our Pumpkin-Shaped Cheeseball Recipe:
To make this super cute cheeseball, start by blending together the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, minced onion, and salsa until it is all mixed together.
Then once the cream cheese mixture has been mixed up, scoop the cream cheese onto a large piece of plastic wrap.
Once all of the cream cheese mixture is added to the wrap bring the all sides together and form the mixture into a 5-inch pumpkin shaped ball.
After you formed the ball place the wrapped cheese ball into the fridge for at least 2 hours to let it chill. If you want you can even let it sit in the fridge over night.
When you are ready to serve the cheeseball, remove it from the fridge and roll it into the crushed nacho-flavored tortilla chips, making sure to cover all sides.
Next place a slice of green bell pepper to form the stem of the pumpkin.
Then if you have some string or small rope to create the lines on the ball to make it look even more like a pumpkin use that and press it into the sides of the cheeseball.
Now just serve it with your favorite cheeseball sides and enjoy!
