how to make Buffalo Chicken Nachos:
Step 1: In a bowl, add your shredded chicken, buffalo sauce and Greek yogurt in a bowl until fully combined.
Step 2: Lay your tortilla chips on a pan and spread your chicken on top.
Step 3: Sprinkle your cheese all over your chicken covered tortilla chips (you can switch this step the other way, but I like my cheese on top.)
Step 4: Place in oven and broil for 3 minutes or until the cheese melts. I broiled mine on high.
Step 5: Garnish with salt and pepper and green onion slices. You can also add any of your favorite nacho toppings. Scroll to see a few of our favorite nacho toppings.

our favorite nacho toppings
For extra nacho goodness, we like to add a little salsa and nacho cheese sauce to them as well. Enjoy the game.
We also love to put sliced olives on our nachos. I like to buy them pre-sliced in the can, so it is one less thing I have to worry about doing.
My husband loves fresh jalapeños on his nachos. I don’t love the heat as much, but if you like a little spice, he definitely recommends it.
I like fresh pico on my nachos. If you are looking for a good pico recipe, click there, to check it out.
I love fresh guac and sour cream on nachos as just a little extra sauce. If you couldn’t tell already, we are a big sauce family. Food tastes better with lots of flavor.

looking for recipe shortcuts?
When I am cooking for a crowd, it’s easy to get overwhelmed. If I can find any sort of shortcut when cooking, I do it. Here are a few short cuts for this recipe.
-Pre-grated cheese. I don’t know the last time I actually grated a block of cheese, because for the past few years, I have been buying pre-shredded cheese.
Now that I think of it, I don’t even know if I still own a cheese grater?
-Pre cooked and shredded chicken. A lot of stores now carry pre cooked and shredded chicken in their deli. Be sure to ask or look for it, next time you are there.
