This looks delicious! Do you have nutritional info for your recipes?
I used chicken tenders, didn’t cut them up because they are already so small, added fresh minced garlic to the marinade, and didn’t do the second dipping step (but I did boil the marinating juices down and brushed the cooked tendies as I pulled them out of the oven). 20 min at 350 was fine, they were tasty and juicy!
Thanks for the inspiration! We ate them with an arugula cucumber salad and boxed mac and cheese (yasssssss) for a fun summer dinner.
I was so excited about this recipe but it tasted ok but the texture was awful. I didn’t like the Apple cider vinegar taste. The chicken breast I used was thick but after looking at the pictures I think mine was too thick. They were not crispy at all. The texture was so bad I couldn’t even eat them. Not sure what I could have done to fix it. So bummed cause my whole family usually loves all your ladies recipes.
