I have found that as I start my morning off with a healthy breakfast, I am more likely to eat better throughout the day. It’s a mind game, but it definitely works for me. Finding breakfasts that are both healthy and delicious can be tricky to fine, but I do have some favorites that I wanted to share with you. Here are some healthy breakfast ideas that I will be trying for the next few weeks.

You are 7 weeks post partum and worried about losing weight?! Honey, give yourself a break! I was always told, 9 months to gain, at least 9 months if not a year to get back to pre-baby! Relax! The breakfasts looks delicious but chill out on losing weight!

I guess all your recipes look yummy and tasty. But I am not sure that some of them have a small amount of calories. I guess it is better to avoid breakfast with fries bananas and pancakes. It is better to use something soft and rich with protein and carb for your health.
