When ready to use, dump ingredients from bag into Instant Pot and add 1/2 cup of water in with the frozen food. Place the lid on top, move the valve to SEALING, and press the MANUAL button. Set timer for 45 minutes. Let the pressure do a NATURAL RELEASE when the timer is done. Follow the rest of the instructions as written.

could bbq sauce be used instead of ketscup ?
Sure, bbq sauce could work too!
Taste was fine made as freezer meal. But sauce wa very watery. What did I do wrong?
The sauce was watery after you cooked them in the Instant Pot? Because you do have to add in that little bit of extra water. The sauce isn’t super thick.
Could I make this recipe with a different kind of meat like chicken or normal bone-in ribs? My husband dislikes the country style ribs and they are also not very easy to find here in Canada
You can easily swap out the ribs for another kind. If cooking beef ribs, they take longer to cook than pork ribs.
This recipe is amazing. I have made it four times now, it’s so easy and sooooo good.
What size IP did you use and also how much water used for an 8qt
We use 8 quart. You can add in another 1/2 cup of water if you prefer.
Could you cook in crockpot instead of instapot?
You can absolutely cook these in the crock pot – Cook ribs in crock pot on low for 7-8 hours
