Made this last night for my chicken pot pie loving husband who was recently diagnosed with Celiac. We really liked it! Easy and yummy comfort food. Thank you for the recipe!
Made this for dinner tonight. Very easy and my family really enjoyed it. I didn’t add any salt…the cream of chicken soup is usually salty enough for us. I’ll definitely make it again.
Can I make the night ahead and just refrigerate until ready to cook? I already put the tots on it… realizing I should’ve waited on that part. Used canned veggies instead of frozen.. will that affect baking time? (Split into 2 pans) baking one tonight for us and if good, baking other one for a neighbor.
You should be fine assembling this the night before and cooking the next day. If you are cooking from a defrsoted state, I would start checking on the casserole sooner – around the 15-20 minute mark to make sure the tater tots don’t burn
