How to Make S’mores Dessert Pizza
- Preheat the oven to 350℉.
- In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the butter and sugars together until creamy and smooth.
- Add in egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Roll out dough onto a 13-inch pizza pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the middle is set. Remove from oven.
- Cover crust in mini marshmallows and 1 cup chocolate chips then return to the oven for 3 minutes or until marshmallows turn golden brown. Remove from oven.
- Melt remaining chocolate chips in the microwave and drizzle over the top of the pizza.
- Sprinkle on extra graham cracker crumbs, if desired.
Recipe Notes
- Storage suggestions: Allow the pie to come down to room temperature (covering the pie when it’s still warm will cause condensation and a soggy crust). Cover the pie with plastic wrap and store it in the fridge for up to 4 days.
- Topping Variations: If you want to mix it up, you could also add additional toppings, such as M&Ms, melted peanut butter drizzle, crushed peanuts, sliced strawberries, melted caramel, Nutella, or crushed Oreo cookies.

Did You Make This Recipe? We’d love to hear your thoughts! Leave a review or a question in the comment section below the post.

Would I be able to do this in a rectangular shape instead?
You can make this pizza in a different shaped pan, the main thing is to be sure your crust is cooked through and set in the middle.
Can they be frozen? I made them for a picnic but realized it will be 100 outside and I don’t want them to melt.
These can be frozen. With the hot heat they may seem like they just came out of the oven! Ha Ha 🙂
In the written recipe it calls for baking soda and salt. In the video it is not added. Which way do you make it?
Follow the instructions in the recipe. The ingredients were sitting there on the counter, she just forgot to mention them in the video.
Bringing to work and want to make it the night before. Is this okay cold?
Yes, it will be fine. You can even leave it out and just cover it. It’s similar to a giant cookie.
Great idea. I love your mixer, where did you buy it from? Thanks
We got it on Amazon. Here is the link:
