Our family loves ham, but we love it even more when we can let our crock pots do all the work! This is our favorite way to eat ham! Who would have thought to cook pre-cooked ham in a crock pot? Pure genius! This ham is moist and falls apart when you cut it. You won’t even need a knife!

- 4 thick slices of boneless ham, fully cooked (I cut mine about 3/4" thick)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple (do not drain) - pineapple tidbits work also
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)
Instructions
- Place ham in greased slow cooker. Combine brown sugar, pineapple (with juice), and mustard in a separate bowl. Spread over ham. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
