Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings in an Air Fryer

Let’s talk about the new “it” kitchen appliance, Air Fryers. I had to admit when I first got my air fryer as a wedding present I was a little skeptical. Sounded like a lot of work, and fried food was not exactly something I wanted to make very often while trying to stay healthy. After a little more research I realized just how easy air frying can be, and how little fat was actually involved. No oil, no butter, just the food. You can see the exact air fryer we have here.

With the Super Bowl coming up this weekend, and a husband who watches sports mostly for the food (match made in heaven right?) I decided to try our favorite game day snack in my air fryer, WINGS! I didn’t have to heat up any oil, mix together any kind of batter, or even really get my hands dirty. I tossed these wings in some garlic, parmesan cheese, parsley, and salt and pepper, threw them in my air fryer for 20 minutes, and they came out perfectly crispy and ready for the game! Needless to say I jumped from semi-cool wife to best wife on the planet in exactly 20 minutes. We served them with some buffalo sauce, ranch, and of course celery.
