Skinny Taco Dip Recipe Substitutions:
You could lighten up this Skinny Taco Dip even more if you substitute the sour cream for Greek yogurt. The flavor and consistency will be almost identical but you’ll save a few calories and get a little more protein in your diet.
You can also use fat free cheese to help cut down on fat.
Although this taco dip is healthier, we still love eating it with tortilla chips. If you are looking for a healthier option, we love these Gluten-Free Multigrain Chips.

This dip is delicious! We have been making it for years but not the skinny version.
This recipe was featured on my blog today for some last minute Easter dinner ideas.
I made this dip and it was fabulous!!!
Will be making this later in the week!
This recipe printed with an add right in the middle of it. I haven’t had this happen before.
Add is for MyMoods apple ginger recover post workout. Troubling and annoying to have
this happen.
Is the base of this dip supposed to be sort of loose? As soon as I added the salsa to the cream cheese and sour cream, it turned into liquid.
Thickness depends a lot on the brand of sour cream and cream cheese you use. But dip is wonderful regardless! You can always try cutting the sour cream down, only adding until desired thickness
