Has anyone else ever felt like they are completely out of ideas for side dishes? I always feel like I am making the same thing every single week. I’m also guilty of buying a lot of vegetables in hopes of eating healthy during the week, and having most of them go bad before I get around to preparing them! In hopes to change my ways, I think I finally found the solution to a good vegetable, soak them in garlic butter. You’re welcome!
I am LOVING the purple, yellow, and orange carrot mix! Regular orange carrots would work great for this recipe, or baby carrots. We found our garlic butter just next to the spreadable butter at our Kroger store!
