How to Make Air Fryer Parmesan Broccoli
- Preheat air fryer to 375℉.
- In a large bowl, toss broccoli with olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Pour 1 Tablespoon water into the bottom of the air fryer (this helps the food not to smoke and burn).
- Lay the broccoli in a single layer in the bottom of the air fryer basket.
- Cook until tender and crisp, about 8-10 minutes (start checking it around 7 minutes, you can always cook it longer if needed).
- Remove from basket, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top, and serve immediately.
