Ingredients

head of broccoli

cut into even-sized pieces

olive oil

onion powder
¼
teaspoon
garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste

crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375℉.
In a large bowl, toss broccoli with olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
Pour 1 Tablespoon water into the bottom of the air fryer (this helps the food not to smoke and burn).
Lay the broccoli in a single layer in the bottom of the air fryer basket.
Cook until tender and crisp, about 8-10 minutes (start checking it around 7 minutes, you can always cook it longer if needed).
Remove from basket, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top, and serve immediately.
Notes
Adding water to the bottom of the air fryer prevents the broccoli from smoking and burning.
