These 3 Ingredient Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies are my favorite to make. They are impossible to mess up and they are a crowd favorite all year long!
If you’re looking for a tasty Fall treat that is foolproof, this is the recipe for you! It really is so easy and is the perfect recipe to involve kids in the kitchen.
Ingredient Notes
- 15.25 ounces Spice Cake Mix 1 box
- 15 ounces pumpkin puree 1 can
- 1 cup chocolate chips
How to make 3 Ingredient Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix all ingredients together, roll into small balls and place on a cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Storing and Other Tips
Store in an airtight container in a single layer for up to 4 days at room temperature, or up to 8 days refrigerated.
You can use any kind of chocolate chip in this recipe. We prefer milk chocolate, but semi-sweet, white chocolate, mini chocolate chips, or caramel chips taste great.
If you can’t find spice cake mix, you can use white, vanilla, or yellow cake mix instead. You’ll want to add two teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice to give it that spice flavor!

Just wanted to let you know that over at createlive, we're just finishing up a pumpkin recipe series called "The 12 Days of Pumpkins." For the next few days, we'll be hosting a link-up, featuring any recipes involving pumpkin, and will be choosing a good number of these recipes to have their own page (which can include your blog name and URL!) in a pumpkin cookbook! Just thought you might be interested in the additional press or being included in a cookbook - and this is a really great recipe! Find the link up here!
Have a great one :)
