IT’S TIME TO MAKE THE BEST No Bake Cookie Butter Cookies RECIPE, AND HERE’S HOw:
To begin making these amazing cookie butter no bakes, get out your favorite cookie sheet and line it with either foil or parchment paper.
Next, in a medium saucepan pour in the milk, butter, vanilla extract, and bring it to a boil over medium heat. Let it boil for one minute.
NOTE: The boiling helps ensure the cookies will set up well! So, don’t skip this step.
After the mixture is done boiling, remove it from the heat and stir in the salt, rolled oats, and cookie butter.
Keep stirring until everything melts together and the oats are completely covered.
Then, use a spoon to scoop the cookie butter oats onto the parchment paper to form the cookies.
Let them cool completely before eating. If you want to speed up the process pop them in fridge to be able to eat them sooner!
