My whole family loves pretty much anything with garlic cloves in it, so this garlic Brussels sprouts recipe was an easy side dish to get everyone to try! These crispy Brussels sprouts have for sure become a new favorite.
The best part about this simple recipe is that you really just have to toss everything together, throw it on a sheet pan, and cook it to golden brown crispy perfection and then *bam* you have a delicious side dish.

How to Make Garlic Roasted Brussels Sprouts
- Prep. Preheat the oven to 425℉ and line a baking tray with aluminum foil.
- Dress the Brussels sprouts. In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the sprouts in olive oil and seasoning.
- Roast. Spread the Brussels sprouts over the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until softened and golden brown.
