These soups would freeze great in an airtight storage container. We recommend freezing it for up to one month.

For the best results, use it within the month.

To thaw, place it in the fridge 24 hours before you plan to serve it, then microwave, or bring to a boil over the stove, before re-serving.

    No Doubt veggie soup are always good for our health ......Its said that chicken soups are best for common cold .....I did an atttempt with noodle soup last month when my brother suffered from heavy cold....It was very naughty in taste and he got the taste eventhough he was sick....
