‘Fried’ Honey Coconut Bananas

This is the best healthy snack you will ever taste. If you love bananas, you will love these! They are easy and delicious, and they don’t even taste healthy.

'Fried' Honey Coconut Bananas

  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • shredded coconut and cinnamon for garnish.


  1. Heat stove to medium heat
  2. Heat the coconut oil, until it is of liquid substance.
  3. Slice bananas into 1/4 inch slices
  4. Place on pan and cook both sides for about 2 minutes
  5. Whisk together honey and water
  6. Remove banana's from the heat and poor the honey and water mixture over the cooked bananas
  7. Sprinkle cinnamon and coconut over the sticky bananas
  8. Enjoy!

  1. These look fantasic. I can't wait to try them. I have a request for Camille- please post the exact amounts of ingredients and directions for the the Surprising Food Combination Creations showed on Studio 5 January 16. For the pizza crust, how much flour, olive oil and Italian Herbs. For the banana ice cream, how many cups of frozen sliced bananas, and amounts of peanut butter, cocoa powder and honey. For the Brownies, do you spray the pan with veg spray ? For the fudge, what size bag of chocolate chips? Thanks.
