Mom's Crockpot Chili

Although I hated chili growing up, I LOVE this recipe Camille gave me once!  It is so good and perfect for fall and winter.  We make sure to have it every Halloween!

1 1/2 lb. beef, browned
1 onion, diced
celery, diced
1 can pinto beans, drained
Chili seasoning packet
1 large can of diced tomatoes with garlic
1 can tomato sauce
1/4 c. ketchup
1 Tbsp. sugar

You can also add a little of these for some more flavor:
salsa
garlic salt
green chiles
top with cheese & Frito's

Mix all ingredients together in crockpot.  Cook on High for 3 hours, then keep on Low until eaten.

  3. Definitely 6 servings when I made it- maybe more depending on how much you put in each bowl.
