Pork chops were one of our family favorites when we were little. And now my kids LOVE them! These Perfect Fried Pork Chops are full of flavor and are so easy to make. I usually don't fry a lot of things, but every now and again I do enjoy a fried pork chop!
Pork Chop Cooking Tips:
Just be sure to keep your eye on the steak, if they are thin steaks, they won’t take as long to cook. If they are thick, they will take a little bit longer!
If the pork chops are 1 inch thick, cook them for 2-3 minutes on one side and then 1-2 minutes on the other side.
If the pork chops are thinner than 1 inch cook them for 2 minutes on one side and 1-2 minutes on the other side.
You will know when they are done cooking on when they are golden brown and no pink juices remain.
When adding your butter, I really like using salted butter in this recipe! It just goes perfectly with the pork!
