Protein Blueberry Muffins

I’m trying to eat healthy, but I still got that sweet tooth and carb tooth. I came across this idea and decided I had to give it a try. They are amazing. The burst of blueberry juice with every bite is the best part. The other best part… no added sugar. The Kodiak Cake Mix has wheat flour and no bizarre ingredients. These are my new go to. Hope you love em!

You can use fresh or frozen blueberries, but I have tried both, and definitely recommend fresh. They taste sweeter, and are full of juice.

You can use cupcake liners, but I find it easy to just spray the tin with non stick cooking spray, then add 1/4 cup of batter to each hole.
