With fresh fruit and yogurt dressing, this salad tastes more like a sweet treat. Simple throw all these fresh ingredients together for a veggie-packed lunch. It’s also one of the few salads that my kids love.

To make this mango berry salad, you need the following ingredients:
- Spring Mix Lettuce (1 bag)
- Mangoes
- Blueberries
- Strawberries
- Sliced almonds
- Vanilla Greek yogurt
- Lemon juice
- Honey
- Salt

How to Make Our Mango Berry Salad
- In a large bowl, toss the spring mix, mangoes, blueberries, and strawberries together. Top with sliced almonds.
- In a blender (or food processor) mix together yogurt, lemon juice, mango, honey and salt. Blend until smooth, then pour over salad (or serve on the side)
Recipe Notes
If you live in an area where mangoes are rarely in season, or fresh, you could also use the frozen mangoes. I like to thaw mine, then use a strainer to get the juice out so it doesn’t make my salad soggy. But frozen and thawed mangoes would work just as well for this salad. However, the berries taste best when they are fresh. We recommend only getting frozen mangoes, and the other fruit fresh.

- 1 bag spring mix lettuce, (about 6 cups)
- 2 mangoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- ½ cup sliced almonds, (I used the candied salad-topper almonds)
Dressing Ingredients
- 8 ounces vanilla greek yogurt, (you could use regular yogurt, too)
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 mango, peeled and cubed
- 1 teaspoon honey
- pinch of salt
Instructions

Wonderful healthy dressing. Kudos. So difficult to find low fat anything. But a great salad and a dressing not swimming in oil and includes mangos is the best. Thanks to my daughter for finding and sharing this recipe. Yummy.

Super excited to see this recipe! I had this at cafe zupas while visiting my husband’s family in Utah last summer. It was so good and I have been craving it here in NJ.
This recipe is so good as written! I got some raw almonds, chopped them up and roasted in a pan with some coconut oil and a tiny bit of sugar to keep it vegan. I used Silk brand vanilla almond milk yogurt and it was amazing! Just like Cafe Zupas, except from my own kitchen! Love it!
