In a large bowl, toss the spring mix, mangoes, blueberries, and strawberries together. Top with sliced almonds.
In a blender (or food processor) mix together yogurt, lemon juice, mango, honey and salt. Blend until smooth, then pour over salad (or serve on the side)
Notes
You can make the salad ahead of time, but do not add the dressing until ready to serve. If you live in an area where mangoes are rarely in season, or fresh, you could also use the frozen mangoes. I like to thaw mine, then use a strainer to get the juice out so it doesn't make my salad soggy. But frozen and thawed mangoes would work just as well for this salad. However, the berries taste best when they are fresh. We recommend only getting frozen mangoes, and the other fruit fresh.
