Recipe Ingredient Notes
To make ham and cheese crescents, you only need three ingredients:
- Crescent Roll Dough
- Deli ham (you can also use leftover ham from a ham dinner)

Equipment Needed
For this recipe, you only need a few simple kitchen tools. We recommend using the following equipment: Sheet Pan (Quarter).

How to Make Ham and Cheese Crescents
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- Separate dough into 8 equal pieces (they usually separate into triangles)
- Place 2 slices of ham and 1 slice of cheese (folded in half) on the larger end of the triangle.
- Roll the crescent up with the ham and cheese inside, and place it tip side down on a baking sheet (I used a baking mat, but you could line it with aluminum foil for easy clean-up, too).
- Bake for 15 minutes, until tops are golden brown
- Serve warm.

Made these using Kraft Singles and the cheese melted out everywhere. How do you prevent that?
Do you think I could roll these up the night before and then cook them in the morning for brunch if I keep them covered?
Yes, that would work great!
I think they used slice chedder
Can I roll the ham and cheese crescents the night before and then bake them in the morning? I’m doing 24 of them for a brunch party!
Oh just saw someone else had already inquired about making them the night before! Thank you!
Yes you could! Keep them covered!
Even my fussy 4yr old tried theseand ate half of one – if you knew my kid when it comes to fully assembled foods, that’s a big deal! Dipped ours in different mustards and was yummy!
Love these, but I always add a bit of mustard before rolling up! Next level.
