How to Make Air Fryer French Bread Pizza
- Preheat. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
- Prep the “crust”. Cut the French bread in half lengthwise to create two long pieces. Then cut those pieces in half to create 4 shorter pieces. Brush the cut side of each piece and arrange the pieces, cut side up, in the basket of the air fryer (you will likely have to do this in 2 batches). Air fry for 3 minutes.
- Assemble the pizzas. Divide the pizza sauce evenly between the 4 toasted pizzas, brushing it over the toasted cut side of the bread. Sprinkle each piece with 1/3 cup mozzarella and arrange pepperoni pieces over the top. Sprinkle parmesan over each slice.
- Melt. Carefully transfer the prepared pizzas to the air fryer basket and air fry for 7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and you have crispy crust and golden brown. You may have to do this in 2 batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Serve. Serve warm garnished with fresh parsley.
Storage Suggestions
Fridge: Store the leftovers in an airtight container and store it in the fridge for up to 3 days or the crispy french bread crust will no longer be crispy.

Recipe Notes
- Pick your favorite toppings. Use one (or none aka a cheesy pizza but nothing else) or a variety of toppings to have a pizza you will love! Some of our favorite toppings include the following: fresh basil, red pepper flakes, chopped bell peppers, Italian sausage, black olives, pepperoni slices, garlic butter (for the pizza crust), bacon, and Italian seasoning.
- Sauce to use for this easy Air Fryer French Bread Pizza recipe: Depending on what your pizza craving is, you can use olive oil, pesto, marinara sauce, or alfredo sauce.
- Make this even simpler: If you want to make this recipe even simpler, you can apply most of the same things to the pizza, but instead of getting a loaf of French bread or Italian bread, You can get a box of frozen garlic toast and use the toast as your base and top it with the simple ingredients and cook it until you have melted cheese.
