- Remove from pans after a minute or so and cool on wire racks.

Storage Suggestions
If you manage to not eat the whole tray of cookies immediately, these Strawberry Crinkle Cookies store well. Once cookies have completely cooled, here is how you can store them:
- Counter: Store in an airtight container in a single layer for up to 4 days at room temperature. If you want to try and get the cookies to last even longer without becoming crumbly cookies, add a slice of bread into the container of cookies. The bread will give the cookies something to draw moisture from.
- Refrigerator: Store in an airtight container in a single layer for up to 7 days in a refrigerator.
- Freezer: You can freeze precooked cookie dough for cookies later. Just roll out and freeze for 30 minutes, and then transfer to an airtight, freezer safe bag for up to 3 months. To store cooked cookies, let them cool completely before you put them in a freezer-safe bag for up to 3 months.

Do you have a preference on your brand of cake mix? I know some of them cook up a little differently, especially as cookies. Thanks, kids will love this!
We stick with name brands when making cookies with cake mixes. We like Betty Crocker, Pillsbury, or Duncan Hines.
Am I missing something? Where is the list of ingredients? Or do I just buy a BOX of strawberry cake mix and go buy the list of ingredients on the box?
Haha! I found it. I needed a bigger screen than my phone. I knew I had to be missing something.
The whole recipe is there. You aren’t scrolling down far enough in the post.
Could I add white Chocolate chips to the dough without ruin the cookies??
I think it would work fine with white chips added. Let us know!

Hi Laurie. Thanks so much for letting us know that you made our Strawberry Crinkle Cookies and took them to work. They are so easy to make and one of our favorites. Have a terrific week. And thanks again!!
I made these as a Valentine treat. They were enjoyed and so easy to make. Have you tried them with any other flavors of cake mix?
Could I make these with red velvet cake mix?
Easy and very good! I made them for Valentine’s Day!
If the cake box is the same size it will work great. The taste will definitely be different.
Made x3 of the original batch for a cookie exchange- these turned out awesome! I ended up with 93 cookies because I made them a bit smaller in case I fell short, but now I’ve got some extras to share with some more folks. Very nice.
I used lemon cake mix, the cookies were moist and delicious! I was out of strawberry so I put red sprinkles on top for Valentines
I tried this recipe and it’s so yummy I think I made the balls alittle too big which required it to cook alittle longer but it still came out delicious. It was like alittle crunchy on the outside but soft and chewy on the inside thank you. If I could post a pic of how it came out I would but nonetheless this was a simple and amazing recipe and it turned out great.
