Mini Pizza Bagels

These Mini Pizza Bagels are the perfect solution if you need a quick and easy meal or snack. Mix and match toppings, make now or freeze for later; this versatile recipe will become a favorite at your house.

I have a love of frozen snacks – but I don’t love all the unknown ingredients in them! I love to eat pizza bagels, but I knew I could easily make them myself, and use it as a way to get the kids involved in the kitchen.

They turned out perfectly, and are a lot better for you than the frozen variety (and the taste a lot better too!)

These Mini Pizza Bagels are so easy to make! Using a thicker, denser base like bagels and English muffins (compared to bread or buns) will help eliminate the risk of soggy pizza.

Can you Freeze the Mini Pizza’s?

If you want to freeze your Mini Pizza Bagels for later, all you have to do is place them on a baking sheet, put them in the freezer, freeze until firm, and then transfer to freezer bags.

Then when you are ready to cook them, you can do it from frozen, bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

Why you need Mini Pizza Bagels:

  • Quick and easy meal for kids
  • Party friendly finger food
  • Fun way to get little chefs involved in the kitchen
  • Mom’s night in! Spruce up the toppings, pair with a salad, movie, and a delicious treat.

Additional Topping Ideas for your Mini Pizza Bagels:

  • Cheeses: mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan, romano, bleu cheese, pepper jack, provolone
  • Meats: pepperoni, chicken, sausage, bacon, ham
  • Veggies/Fruits: artichokes, roasted red peppers, jalapeños, banana peppers, spinach, olives, mushrooms, onions, pineapple
  • Sauces: marinara, Alfredo, BBQ sauce

The options are endless. You can even set out a lot of toppings and let the kids each make their own pizza.

So, if you need to please the kids, bring a dish to a get together with friends, or splurge for yourself, these Mini Pizza Bagels should be first on your list.  You can’t pass up such a delicious, easy, and adaptable snack.
