Our Mini Pizza Bagels make the PERFECT snack, quick lunch, or easy dinner!
Using a thicker, denser base like bagels and English muffins (compared to bread or buns) will help eliminate the risk of soggy pizza.
Ingredients needed for Mini Pizza Bagels:
- 8 mini bagels (halved)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 3/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperonis – optional topping
- any other pizza toppings you love!
Additional Topping Ideas for your Mini Pizza Bagels:
- Cheeses: mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan, romano, bleu cheese, pepper jack, provolone
- Meats: pepperoni, chicken, sausage, bacon, ham
- Veggies/Fruits: artichokes, roasted red peppers, jalapeños, banana peppers, spinach, olives, mushrooms, onions, pineapple
- Sauces: marinara, Alfredo, BBQ sauce
How to make Mini Pizza Bagels:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Arrange bagels on a cookie sheet, with the cut side up. Top with a spoonful of pizza sauce, a sprinkle of cheese, and optional toppings. (You can add your own favorite pizza toppings.)
- Bake for 4-6 minutes, until cheese is melted and bagels are slightly browned.
Can you freeze these Mini Pizza Bagels?
If you want to freeze your Mini Pizza Bagels for later, all you have to do is place them on a baking sheet, put them in the freezer, freeze until firm, and then transfer to freezer bags.
Then when you are ready to cook them, you can do it from frozen, bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

Yum! Great idea. Does the bread ever get soggy on you? I tried making pizza using leftover hamburger buns and the bread got so soggy! If yes, do you have a solution? If no, then I’ll just repeat, yum!! Thanks!
