Easy Homemade Hot Fudge Recipe

Looking to surprise your loved one with a delicious treat? This Homemade Hot fudge will make almost any chocolatey dessert taste AMAZING!!! My favorite way to eat it is- bake some brownies and serve them on plates right out of the oven. Place ice cream on it, then top it all off with Homemade Hot Fudge (You are welcome).

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips

  1. Melt together in a sauce pan, and boil for 3 minutes.
  2. Let cool for a few minutes then pour into mason jars.
  3. Serve hot on your favorite treats.
  4. Store in an air tight mason jar in the fridge for up to 4 weeks.

I used a larger sauce panĀ instead of a small sauce pan because it makes A LOT of Hot Fudge!
I placed my hot fudge in 2 Mason Jars. I froze one Mason Jar to save for later and kept one open to eat for that week
