Fully Loaded Guacamole and Giveaway

Cinco De Mayo is one of our favorite days to celebrate because of all the delicious food that goes with it! This year we are working with Wholly Guacamole to share with you one of our favorite foods – Guacamole! Wholly Guacamole takes the ease of guacamole to a whole new level!


My favorite thing from Wholly Guacamole are their 100 calorie packs – It is perfect if you just want a single serving!

This recipe of Fully Loaded Guacamole uses 2 of Wholly Guacamole’s 8 oz containers. It was a huge hit with my family and all of our visitors!

  • 2 (8 oz) containers of Wholly Guacamole
  • 3/4 cup of corn
  • 1 cup (about 1/2 of a 14 oz can) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded as desired and diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 clove of garlic, diced
  • 1/4 cup of red onions, chopped very small
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and mix until well combined. Transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate before serving.
  2. This guacamole is best when made a few hours before serving.

    I love guac with a grilled chicken breast cut length wise wrapped in a warmed tortilla with tomato and lettuce. I eat guac on tons of foods or straight out of the bowl. It's the best thing EVER invented. Seriously :-)
