- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a small bowl combine the brown sugar, melted butter, maple syrup, and orange zest.
- Spread this mixture into the bottom of an 8 inch round baking dish that has been sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Sprinkle with craisins and chopped pecans.
- In another small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
- Remove the crescent roll dough from the can. Do not unroll the dough.
- Slice the dough into 12 equal slices measuring about 1/2 inch in thickness.
- Dip each slice into the sugar/cinnamon mixture on both sides.
- Place each slice into the pan on the brown sugar mixture. Sprinkle remaining sugar/cinnamon over the top.
- Bake uncovered for about 20-22 minutes or until very golden brown.
- Invert onto a plate when removed from the oven. Serve warm

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup butter melted
- 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 Tablespoon grated orange zest
- ⅓ cup Craisins
- ⅓ cup chopped pecans
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 8 ounces crescent roll dough 1 package
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a small bowl mix brown sugar, butter, maple syrup and orange zest.
- Spread the brown sugar mixture in the bottom of a round 8 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle craisins and pecans over top.
- Remove crescent roll dough from the can, do nut unroll the dough.
- Slice the dough into 12 equal slices measuring about 1/2 inch thick.
- Dip each slice on both sides into the sugar/cinnamon mixture.
- Place in pan on top of the brown sugar layer. Sprinkle remaining sugar/cinnamon on top.
- Bake in oven for about 20-22 minutes or until golden brown.
- Immediately invert onto a plate after removing from the oven. Serve warm.
