As you know… it is HOT! Being pregnant I just wanted something cold that would make my cravings happy. I found a recipe from my old roommate that I was so excited to try: Frozen Grasshopper Pie. I have tried grasshopper pie with marshmallow cream before but this one has sweetened condensed milk and it is SO good.
No Bake Frozen Grasshopper Pie
Ingredients:
1 Oreo cookie Crust
6 oz of Cool Whip
16 Grasshopper Cookies (crushed)
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
8 oz of light Cream Cheese
Directions:
With beaters cream the Cream Cheese and color with 3 drops of green coloring. Fold in cool-whip and crushed cookies. Put into crust. Garnish with more crushed cookies. Freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight.

Mint and chocolate is one of my favorite flavor combinations. This looks delcious!
Oh man that looks good Kristen!! Thanks for sharing!
I just made this for our Father’s day BBQ, the filling is awesome, I added some mint extract for that extra minty kick. The filling tastes awesome! I’m sure the fam is gonna love it!
This looks amazing! Perfect for the HOT summer days

what could be substituted to cream cheese cool whip? thank you for replying…
Hi Joyce. We have only made this recipes as printed. Not sure what you could use in place of cream cheese and cool whip. Whatever you substituted would definitely change the taste and texture.
