  • 1 (16 ounce) package pasta shells
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 boneless skinless chicken breast (cooked and cubed)
  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese


  1. Boil the shells according to the package. Drain the water.
  2. In another bowl combine the ricotta cheese and water
  3. Microwave the mixture for 1 minute and stir until creamy.
  4. Add in the diced tomatoes, cubed chicken, and spinach leaves.
  5. Mix in the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and garlic salt until well combined.
  6. Toss well and top with shredded Parmesan cheese.
