This delicious Green Chile Rice side dish is easy to throw together and tastes delicious! The green chiles give it just the right amount of kick!

Green Chile Rice Recipe
This green chile rice makes a really yummy side dish with just a bit of a kick!
Serving
Ingredients
- 4 cup cooked white rice, (or minute rice)
- 2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 cup sour cream
- 4.5 ounces diced green chilies, 1 can, drained
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients together and mix well.
- Pour all ingredients into a greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes until heated through and it starts to bubble.
