This delicious side dish is easy to throw together, but tastes delicious! The green chiles give it just the right amount of kick!

This green chile rice makes a really yummy side dish with just a bit of a kick.

  • 4 cups cooked white rice (you can use minute rice, but I used regular)
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 4-oz can diced green chiles, drained


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients together and mix well.
  3. Pour all ingredients into a greased 8x8" baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, until heated through and it starts to bubble.
