Yes! Sorry about that!
I am so sorry! The recipe has been updated!
Seriously Peanut Butter Off the Rails cookie is my favorite! I tried to duplicate a few months ago, but it wasn’t quite the same! I am so excited to try your recipe! Yay! Thanks for sharing!
These were super easy to make and they are delicious. Easy to follow directions, too! Thank you Six Sisters, you’ve done it again!!
This looks amazing! How much powdered sugar do we need? Thanks so much!
Sorry! Ignore me. I have just seen it. As you can tell I’m having one of those that requires peanut butter cookies.
Thanks Amy! We are so glad you like the cookies. Nutella with anything is a WIN!
How many sticks of butter is 3/4 cup?
1 1/2 sticks of butter.
This is a great recipe. Since there is a peanut allergy in my house I used sunflower seed butter. It worked beautifully. So yummy and family approved.
Please could you provide measurements in grams for us Brits. Many thanks!!
How many cookies will this recipe make?
I’d love to try these, but wonder if after they’re set up, can they be stacked on top of each other or will that mess up the nutella topping?
They might stick to each other just a little bit. Just depends on how much the Nutella sets up.
It makes around 24, it really depends on the size of the dough ball.
Do these cookies freeze well if made a few days in advance?
They should freezer well in an airtight freezer container or freezer bag.
I made these today & mine were so soft they were falling apart, Wonder what I did wrong? Although I did taste some of the pieces & they were delish.
Just add in a little more flour to your dough if it was hard to handle.
I rolled cookies about ping pong ball sized which were about 1.5″ – 2″ when flattened out and this recipe made around 80 cookies! Way more than I anticipating, but no one here is complaining about having extra cookies! 😆
