Chocolate Raspberry Crepes

My husband LOVES Crepes and Chocolate! We have been trying harder to eat healthier but still enjoy a little snack every now and again! I made these for our usual Sunday Snack and it was a huge hit with everyone!!!!

Chocolate Raspberry Crepes

  • 1 cup white four
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup low fat milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 Tablespoons of melted butter
  • Ingredients for the filling:
  • chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries
  • 1 can whipped cream


  1. Heat frying pan on medium heat.
  2. Whisk flour, eggs, water and milk together in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add salt and butter.
  4. Continue mixing until the lumps have disappeared.
  5. Spray a small amount of non-stick cooking spray onto pan.
  6. Next drop 1/4 cup of mixture onto the heated pan.
  7. Right after mixture is poured on, pick up the pan quickly and tilt in a circular motion.
  8. You want the mixture as thin as possible and to cover the whole pan.
  9. Cook for about 2 minutes on the first side - flip - then 1 minute on the second side.
  10. Remove from pan and place about 2 tablespoons of pudding onto the crepe in a line down the middle.
  11. Spray desired amount of whip cream on top of the chocolate and stick in a few raspberries.
  12. Fold or roll and enjoy!
