Barbecue Chicken Fajita Pizza

This pizza literally takes 15 minutes to make and cook. Everything is pre-made, you just have to put it together. It’s so easy, you can’t get it wrong. And it tastes sooooo good. Perfect for Friday pizza night!

  • 1 8 inch pre-cooked pizza crust
  • 1 cup pre-cooked (or grilled) chicken
  • 1/4 red onion (Sliced)
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 small handful or spinach or greenery of your choice
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 cup Mexican blend cheese (pre-shredded)
  • 2 tablespoons feta cheese (crumbled)


  1. Turn broiler onto high heat.
  2. Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
  3. Place the pre-cooked pizza crust on the foil covered pan.
  4. Spread the barbecue sauce evenly over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle the cheeses over the sauce.
  6. You can add as much or as little as you prefer.
  7. Decorate the pizza with the chicken, onion, pepper, and greenery.
  8. Sprinkle the garlic salt over the decorated pizza.
  9. Place in oven and broil for 10 minutes or until crust is golden.
