Avocado Chicken Salad Sandwich Recipe
A tasty and healthy sandwich that is so delicious!
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts cooked and shredded
- 1 avocado diced
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 ciabatta rolls
- In a medium mixing bowl combine the shredded chicken, diced avocado, cilantro, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir together well. The avocado will mash up a little and that is fine.
- Serve on Ciabatta rolls.
