I’m always trying to think of new breakfast ideas to feed my family. We are huge bacon lovers, but are trying to eat healthier and have loved making the switch to turkey bacon. Jennie-O Turkey Bacon is gluten free, low in sodium and low in calories and fat! You just can’t go wrong!
To make this recipe, I started by spraying a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray and putting a piece of Jennie-O Turkey Bacon around the edge of each cup.
Next, I filled each cup with a small circle of bread at the bottom and topped it with an egg, salt and pepper, cheddar cheese and green onions.
After cooking at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes, I pulled them out of the oven and they were ready to eat! It was all I could do to let them finish cooking, because they smelled SO GOOD!
