Summer is here and we love it and all the recipes it brings out like this S’mores Clusters recipe. It is a perfect dessert recipe made with mini marshmallows, melted, chocolate, grahams crackers, and of course more chocolate.
What is nice about this great recipe for s’mores is that you can make it insides and avoid a lot of the stickiness and have less mess. Plus, there won’t be any actual fire for the kids to mess around with like traditional s’mores.
It is also an easy treat to prepare for the kids for your next movie night as a great treat for the whole family.

Ingredients used to make S’mores Clusters:

- Vegetable oil (or coconut oil)
- Graham crackers crushed
- Miniature marshmallows
How to make S’mores Clusters:
- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, melt together chocolate chips and vegetable oil in 30 second intervals, stirring in between each interval, until smooth.
- Stir in crushed graham crackers and mini marshmallows, completely coating them in chocolate.
- Drop the marshmallow mixture by large spoonful onto a parchment paper or wax paper lined baking sheet or miniature paper muffin cups and allow to cool and set up, then serve.
Ideas for your indoor s’mores:
If you don’t happen to have any graham cracker pieces that you can crush up for this recipe, there are other things you can use (but I don’t suggest graham cracker crumbs they will just clump up).
You can always switch out the crackers for either a cereal you might have on hand, like Golden Grahams or you can even try using a Ritz cracker so you can still have a similar texture.

S’mores Clusters Recipe
Ingredients
- 12 ounces milk chocolate chips

- Drop by large spoonful onto a wax-lined baking sheet and allow to cool and set up, then serve.
Notes
- We added a bit of vegetable oil to our chocolate chips when melting them (it’s listed in the recipe), but that step isn’t completely necessary. It does, however, help smooth your chocolate if you’re heating it up in the microwave.
