Don’t want to sound like a dunce, but what is Accent Flavor Enhancer? I don’t remember ever hearing of it, so if it’s something specific what could I use instead for it? Thanks for all of the GREAT recipes! We’ve loved most of the ones we’ve tried!
I was wondering the same thing … what is “Accent Flavor Enhancer”??

Accent Flavor Enhancer food seasoning is all natural and has no artificial flavors. We are all about providing easy cooking solutions and helping you wake up the natural flavors of your food. Accent adds depth to food flavor. It?s been a ?secret ingredient? of many chefs for years. Accent has 60% less sodium than salt and is a terrific salt alternative for people watching their sodium intake.
Use Accent seasoning on virtually all ?savory? foods you cook ? meats, poultry, sauces, fish, vegetables, soups, potatoes and rice. You?ll find a little Accent makes a big improvement in flavor that the whole family will love.
Accent is a seasoning. You can find it where the salt, pepper and other seasonings are.
You’ll find it in the spice section. The small canister will say Accent on it. I’m not sure what’s in it but it’s been around for years.
I would personally leave Accent flavor enhancer out as it does contain MSG.
What is liquid smoke? I’ve never heard of this before – any suggestions?
Liquid smoke is a strong sauce that is so delicious when cooking meat. It comes in a few flavors. It’s just a small bottle. Usually found by the worcestershire sauce.
I had a hard time getting the rub to stick to the pork chops, a lot was wasted. Any suggestions?
Have you tried this with chicken?
No, but it should work great with chicken too!
Accent is a meat tenderizer… mostly MSG which I prefer not to use. Brining pork chops overnight helps keep them moist on the grill.
