Don't want to sound like a dunce, but what is Accent Flavor Enhancer? I don't remember ever hearing of it, so if it's something specific what could I use instead for it? Thanks for all of the GREAT recipes! We've loved most of the ones we've tried!

I was wondering the same thing ... what is "Accent Flavor Enhancer"??
-
You'll find it in the spice section. The small canister will say Accent on it. I'm not sure what's in it but it's been around for years.
-
Accent is a meat tenderizer... mostly MSG which I prefer not to use. Brining pork chops overnight helps keep them moist on the grill.

Accent is a seasoning. You can find it where the salt, pepper and other seasonings are.
-
I would personally leave Accent flavor enhancer out as it does contain MSG.

What is liquid smoke? I've never heard of this before - any suggestions?
-
I had a hard time getting the rub to stick to the pork chops, a lot was wasted. Any suggestions?

Have you tried this with chicken?
