I am always looking for new ways to prepare chicken for dinner and this recipe is a keeper! I saw it over at Copy Kat Recipes and made it that night because I had all the ingredients on hand. The breading on this chicken is full of flavor and it’s baked, so it’s pretty good for you! My entire family loved it- we will definitely make this again!

looks yummy! I need to remember to buy something other than vanilla yogurt for a change so I can use it at times like these! haha
This sounds awesome! I need to pick up some plain yogurt soon! Thanks for sharing this, can’t wait to let my family try it out!

Tried this recipe today, very tasty!
I only had strawberry yogurt and was afraid to use it… used egg instead. Will try again next week. It was easy and great!! Thanks!
I tried this today. I used the plain Greek yogurt. Then, I changed it up a little bit: I omitted the sesame seeds and the dried onions, and instead put those fried onions on the top. It ended up OH. MY. GOODNESS. HEAVENLY!! Thanks for the recipe!
What does it mean “meaty side up” if the entire chicken is rolled in the mixture? I would like to make the recipe this week and hopefully something my toddlers will actually eat. 🙂 Thanks!
Some chicken breasts have one side where the ribs were. If your chicken breasts have that, put it on the bottom (which would be meaty side up). Or the thick rounded part facing up. Really nothing to worry about.
Thank you so much for the clarification. I’m slowly learning how to cook for my family and made many recipies from your blog. Thank you for all the wonderful meals!!
