I have a real addiction, and I am not afraid to admit it. I sneak peanut butter into just about every recipe I can! We love dressing up a regular boxed brownie mix, it makes baking so much easier. Trust me, they are as delicious as they are pretty!

To make Peanut Butter Cheesecake Brownies, you will need the following ingredients:
- Brownie mix
- Cream cheese
- Egg
- Butter, softened
- Vanilla
- Peanut butter

How to make Peanut Butter Cheesecake Brownies
- Preheat oven to 350℉, and grease a 9×13 baking pan.
- Prepare brownie mix as directed on the box.
- Pour brownies into greased 9×13 pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat together eggs, cream cheese, butter, and vanilla.
- Once smooth, slowly beat in peanut butter until combined.
- Spoon peanut butter mixture over brownie batter. Don’t spread it around, just kind of glop it on top!
- Using a butter knife, swirl your peanut butter mixture into your brownies by slowly moving the knife back and forth, making sure to spread the mixture to each edge of the pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
Storage Suggestions
If you manage to have any leftover Bars + Brownies, these can store well if prepped appropriately. Once they have cooled completely, here is how you can store it:
- Counter: Store bars and brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days. If your kitchen is particularly warm, consider refrigerating instead to prevent them from getting too soft or melty.
- Refrigerator: Place in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week. Let them come to room temperature before serving for the best texture and flavor.
- Freezer: To freeze, make sure bars and brownies are completely cooled and unfrosted. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap (or Press & Seal) and then place in a freezer-safe bag or container. For easier portioning, wrap individual squares before freezing. Don’t forget to label with the date. They’ll stay fresh in the freezer for up to 3 months.

I made these brownies tonight to take to a friend’s house. I really like the fact that there is no added sugar in the cheesecake part of the recipe. The brownie provides plenty of sweetness. I did add some chopped peanut butter cups to the cheesecake batter. I will definitely make these again!
Do you serve these warm or do you chill them first?
Hi Chelsea, we like them both ways. But usually at room temp or slightly chilled. (Only because I like my cheesecake cold). But whatever your preference is. It is delicious warm or cold.
