Orange Creamsicle Fruit Dip Recipe

This Orange Creamsicle Fruit Dip tastes like a summer afternoon. It also tastes delicious with any kind of summer fruit or even graham crackers taste good!

This Orange Creamsicle Fruit Dip Recipe is so simple, so quick, and so tasty! If your kids are in need of a yummy summer afternoon treat, this is a great choice.
The cream cheese and marshmallow cream, combined with the fruity acidity of the orange is just delightful.  It tastes sweet and fresh.

How to Make Orange Creamsicle Fruit Dip:

The first step is to beat the cream cheese and marshmallow creme together. For best results, use an electric mixer.  If you don’t have a stand mixer, a hand mixer works great.

Next, add juice, vanilla, and orange zest. Mix together and chill until serving.

It really is as simple as that!

To soften the cream cheese, you can pull the cream cheese out of the fridge about an hour before making this dish to let the cream cheese come to room temperature.

Or to speed the softening process up, completely unwrap the cheese and place on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave the cream cheese on high for about 15 seconds and it will be nice and soft and ready for mixing!

What to dip?

There are so many tasty things to use as dippers for this Orange Creamsicle Fruit Dip.

Fresh fruit is our first choice, but you really can try just about anything.  Try some of these:

  • strawberries
  • bananas
  • grapes
  • melon
  • cantaloupe
  • pineapple
  • graham crackers
  • Nilla wafers
  • bite size Rice Krispie Treats

Mixing bowl: This stainless steel mixing bowl is one of my favorites and it’s budget-friendly too!
Hand-held Electric Mixer: This is one of my favorite mixers. I have had mine for over 10 years and it’s still going strong!
Dip Platter: I make this dip for potlucks and parties and it looks so pretty on this platter surrounded by all the fresh fruit. I use my platter all the time!

Perfect Dip for Many Occasions:

Our Orange Creamsicle Fruit Dip will be a hit, no matter the crowd.  We think its a perfect snack for kids on a hot, summer afternoon.

It’s perfect for neighborhood block parties, sharing with co-workers at the office, or serving at a baby shower.

  1. Hi! I love all your recipes but this one really caught my attention. I'm pregnant and have been wanting fruit like crazy! would this recipe freeze well? How long does it last in the refrigerator? Its just my husband and I at the moment and there is no way we could eat the whole thing at one time without making ourselves sick! Haha -Thanks! Anna
