This might be a dumb question but do you cook the sausage first or do you stuff the zucchini raw and it cooks in the oven? I want to try but don't want to mess up the recipe!

I love your site and recipes! Can I use ground beef if I don't eat sausage (and do I need to adjust cooking time)?

can this be frozen and if so do i cook it fully freeze it and then how do i reheat it?

I just made this tonight, and it was delicious! I substituted very lean ground beef for the sausage but did everything else the same. And it was great -- and, most importantly, fast and easy! I'm going to try freezing a few of the left-over zucchini boats, we'll see how that goes. Thanks for a great recipe!
